Hello, My account was deactivated on January 23, 2025, they wrote that it was due to suspicious activity. I haven't received an answer to the question about what kind of suspicious activity it was. It's blocked so much that I can't even see my work. I've written to them about this situation many times, but the answers are automatic, although the letter about the blocking was written by a person. After all, I created the account in order to earn money, I spent a lot of time to earn at least a little, I didn't expect that they could just block it like that. You need to wait. They are probably investigating the issue and when they determine that the suspicious activity is not your fault, they will unblock the account. Otherwise you will get notice of a permanent blocking.
After all, I created the account in order to earn money, I spent a lot of time to earn at least a little, I didn't expect that they could just block it like that.

Account blocking is done to protect Adobe and it's customers.
And to be honest with you: suspicious activity generally means that someone is trying to buy his own assets and boost as this the contributor rank. Well, and to make money out of Adobe's purse.
If you account has been hacked, you should check how you secured that account.

I do not buy my assets to increase the rating of the participant. I started promoting my works on my YouTube channel in order to increase the sales of my works. I also wrote to them about this and gave the link to my YouTube channel.

Sorry about your account. Actually the contributor agreement you signed include that Adobe reserve the right to block your account without prior notice. You need to keep waiting. Many contributors report long wait, some exceeding two months.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You get a dayly mail about your sales. You will get that mail, even if the sale just happened before the blocking.

Your screenshot in your starter message told you, why your account got blocked. It will take the time it takes and your account will be unblocked when the investigation is over and Adobe determinated that you are not the cause of the suspicious activity.

I read about blocking accounts here on the forum and there are simply a huge number of accounts being blocked.
You gave a link where a person's account was blocked because of three works from 5-6 years ago, why not just delete those works and tell him that such and such works were deleted due to someone's complaint.
My goal is to increase my sales, and my account will be blocked for this, how will I be able to earn money then.

How do you do large buys? And consitantly, not only once.
Sure, a complaint for IP violation will block your account, but the complaining side needs to show a case. I cannot cry foul, without showing the original data.

I don't make any purchases.
For example, on Shater Stock it's rare to buy an extended license for one work and I'm not blocked there for it, and on Adobe Stock I haven't even had a sale of a package of many works for such an amount. And I was very surprised and upset by the account being blocked. I'm happy when my sales grow and I want it, but if I get blocked for it, then my sales will decrease

I have no idea what you do and what you do not. And I have no idea why Adobe blocked your account. I know only that some accounts get blocked and stay blocked, because they defrauded Adobe. Others got deblöocked because it was not clear who bought the assets.
There is no other solution for you than to wait. Do not spam the system, it won't help your case. And there is nothing that this community can do for you. Sorry for that.

Adobe is not really present in this forum. And they won't discuss openly about blocked accounts. And they will check your account at the pace they check all accounts. There is no possibility to have a preferencal treatment or having your case advanced quicker that those other cases waiting for a resolution.
My spamming message was aimed at you, sending multiple messages to Adobe. Sending multiple messages will get only automatic messages back. You don't help your case as this.

If they block because of some specific sales amounts, then they can intentionally harm the author by making such purchases from him. Why not check who buys during the purchase from certain amounts.

Sure, but if they would not react, that would harm their buisness overall. During the waiting time you should do something different. You won't accelerate this procedure and the community of peers can't help.
