I am trying to create an account from France, but I am facing this issue.

This seems to happen from time to time. Trying again later is usually successful.

I assume that you fulfill the age requirement and that your account reflect that. Some people err, when creating the account making them younger than they are. Other remedies to try:

• clear cache and cookies
• use a different browser
• use a different computer
• use a different network (home, office, cell)
