Is there any way to get back my account?

Please note that according to the Stock Contributor Agreement Adobe reserves the right, to accept or reject content, remove assets from Adobe Stock, or suspend or terminate contributor accounts in its sole discretion.

Adobe takes IP infringements very seriously. It appears that you've already made your appeal and this is their final decision. It seems unlikely that your account will ever be restored.

NO.  Infringement is steeling property that you don't own.

Chalk this up to a lesson learned.  Pursue other interests besides Stock.

What do you want us to respond? Adobe did decide, and what you told them did not change their decision. So no, I do not think that the bann on your account will be lifted anytime soon. Move on and look for other activities, as @Nancy OShea says. 

BTW: The go too prison card in Monopoly is copyrighted. 🫣
