Why is it that since Monday so many accounts in my country have been affected by de-activated accounts, and we sent email questions to them and there has been no response, I saw several posts in Facebook groups where lots of people experienced this en masse, will the accounts be able to be opened again in the future, but If you made a payout last week, it was sent quickly with the account de-activated, does anyone have the right answer to why all this happened and whether the account can return to normal?
thank you 🙂
You must reply to the "Contact Us" link on your Contributor page and await a response from Adobe. Check your spam folders since sometimes responses from Adobe land there. Meanwhile, don't badger Contributor Support with multiple requests on this subject, since that just further clogs their Support System.
I agree with @Jill_C , I haven't seen a spike in suspended accounts either on the forum or the discord channel.
Depending on why the account was suspended it may be temporary or permanent. Follow the instructions on the screen that displays when you try log in, and Adobe will write back in a few days outlining the reason for the suspension. Sometimes it takes a week or two for the reply.
Good luck!
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Why do you think it's just accounts in your country that are being affected by account suspensions? There is no data available to any of us Contributors to arrive at that conclusion. Adobe seems to use the payout request as the time to review accounts, particularly if it's the first payout request on that account. They will use the temporary suspension as an opportunity to check for fraudulent sales, violations of the T&C's and guidelines, and adherence to the Contributor Agreement. If you have not violated any of the rules, your account will be restored after this temporary suspension. If there are minor violations, you might be asked to delete some assets before your account is restored. If there are egregious violations, your account could be permanently blocked and the payout withheld. No one can tell you how long this will take. Adobe is quite busy investigating numerous accounts at any one time.

Your account gets suspended if there is an anomaly. It's not based on countries. I would not expect a fast answer, however, especially if you think that there are many suspensions. Each case is looked at individually and that takes time.

My account and several friends' accounts were also disabled. On average, these accounts have contributed since Fotolia had not yet changed to Adobestock. To this day there is still no information about this.

What does that mean: “on average”? Fotolia has been closed in 2019. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/contributor-fotolia.html
How do you know that they have been disabled? If they have been disabled, it is probably for copyright/IP issues or quality issues.
It may also be that Adobe is cleaning-up old stock accounts that have been inactive for a long time. But I doubt that.

Most of the accounts that are deactivated, both mine and those of several of my friends, are accounts that are more than 5 years old, some are even 10 years old. they become microstockers and contribute to the Fotolia site. After Fotolia was acquired by Adobe and became Adobestock, they continued to contribute. there are almost never any problems. However, suddenly a few days ago the account was suddenly deactivated without any explanation until now. the incidents occurred almost simultaneously. I found out that their account was deactivated because we happened to communicate well, often sharing and discussing our work. this happened because we are one country.

Are these Fotolia accounts that were suspended? If so, this might be a separate issue then most account suspensions.

I don't know yet whether the reason it was deactivated was related to the Fotolia account. even though as far as I remember I already had the account synchronized with the adobestock account. I still really hope that there will be information from Adobe soon so that I can determine the next steps.

As I said in my first message to you, Fotolia did close in 2019. It was no longer possible to contribute by then via Fotolia. All accounts needed to be synced and by that brought over to Adobe stock.

One or two bad assets won't hurt you too much, but if mostly all assets are bad, that could be bad news for you.

You said "this happened because we are one country." Why have you arrived at this conclusion? Adobe is regularly suspending accounts in order to review potential fraudulent activities, adherence to T&C's and violation of the Contributor Agreement. If you happen to have friends in your country whose accounts have also been suspended, it has nothing to do with your location. Remember that Adobe Stock only makes money from active accounts that are generating sales; thus, they have no incentive to shut down productive accounts.

My account suddenly stopped working today too.
When I logged into adobe stock contributor, the following screen appeared
Your account authorization has been deactivated.
"Your Adobe Stock Contributor account license has been reactivated. See your email or contact us for more information. "
I sent an email to support and received the following email response...
"Your content may be removed, or your account may be deactivated, for not complying with these Account and Content Submission Guidelines."
"If your content has been removed, or your account blocked, due to a violation of our Terms (including these Account and Submission Guidelines), and you If your content has been removed, or your account blocked, due to a violation of our Terms (including these Account and Submission Guidelines), and you dispute the decision, you may file an appeal or use an out-of-court dispute resolution option (where applicable in your jurisdiction) by following the process here"
I recently did the following.
What do you think is the cause? And if this is the case, can it be restored?

Thank you for your reply.
It appears that the timing and conditions under which your account and mine were suspended are the same. It sounds like the issue is with your initial withdrawal application.
At any rate, it does not seem to be a quality or thematic issue with your work.
I will let you know if there have been any changes to the account since then.
