I would like to express my concern regarding the deactivation of my account, along with many others in Pakistan, without prior notification. To the best of my knowledge, I have adhered to all guidelines, and no violations have occurred. If there is any content on my account that does not comply with Adobe Stock's guidelines, I would appreciate receiving a notification so that I can address the issue promptly. I am committed to working with Adobe Stock to resolve any concerns and ensure that my content aligns with the platform's standards.

Adobe can suspend an account without reason and without notification. Those are the terms you agreed to when signing up. Adobe provides you witha "Contact us" link. I suggest you use it. Then wait. No one here in this forum can give you other advice.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum and will receive no response from Adobe here. They do not discuss account issues publicly. As @RALPH_L mentioned, your only recourse is to use the Contact Us link to reach out to Adobe.

I can understand what's going on.
I have also been deactivated 3 days ago and no response as to which content is infringing so I can remove it.

Adobe likely detected suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Unauthorized use of protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming. Using multiple accounts to artificially boost sales or bypass submission limits.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from customers or 3rd parties.
5) Violation of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.

Contact Stock Contributor Support: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact
This matter is solely between you and Adobe Stock, not fellow Contributors in this user-to-user community.
Be patient. It may take several weeks for an investigation. Check your email spam folder. If requested, provide additional information directly to Adobe Stock. Work on other projects. Submit content to other stock services.
Good luck.

It's too early to appeal. Wait for a response to the message you sent via the Contact Us link and do not barrage Adobe with repeated messages as that just further clogs their already overburdened contributor support system.

All deactivations occur without prior notice. If Adobe detects a (suspected) violation of the terms they proceed with suspending that account during their investigation.
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
