To delete a contributor account, there is a procedure that you need to follow. Deleting your Adobe ID is not enough. You need to write to contributor support to solve this issue. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)
i need my account back, how can i retrieve it and withdraw money?
Contact contributor support as indicated here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/account-retrieval/m-p/14134594#M70358
Do not spam the system, wait a week before reiterating your request. Stay very focussed on what you want to tell them, so that the solution finding is smooth. Support does not work on weekends! Watch your spam folder, the answer comes by e-mail.
If you've received notice of licensing activity on your account, it's still active. Just log on as you would have in the past...
but i deleted the account now when i logged in with the same id ,it is saying to create a new account
There is something wrong with your account, and I suspect that it has to do with either the e-mail not being the same (https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/account-retrieval/m-p/14135987#M70392) or using a different e-mail. I have e-mail addresses that simply get forwarded to my main e-mail. So that could also be an option. Check the e-mail address that was used to send you the earning report. Not the mailbox, but the address.
Already checked that bro , but as I said I deleted the Adobe Id that isthe mail id,so when I am entering that it is asking me to create a newaccount with it
Only contributor support can help with that.
If your account is connected to a Gmail account: Gmail does not distinguish between email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
Adobe makes that difference with an Adobe ID. You should check that possibility too. Examine the e-mail address where your mail has been sent too.
done that not working.anyone from adobe can can help me with this?
Contributor support could be able to help you with this. Adobe is not participating here in these discussions and rarely chimes in. When they chime in, they tell you to contact contributor support.
how to contact them?
ok abamdo tell me one thing.
like i have deleted my account and adobe with the email i have created still my content is selling ,so is it possible that i can get my payout ?
You haven't deleted your contributor account, or your assets would not sell. Only contributor support can help you here.
its been three days ,no reply from there side.i had mailed them 3 times now
You need to have a little patience. Watch your spam folder, they answer by e-mail. Spamming the system unfortuneatly creates a higher workload to support. Contributor support is not answering on the instant. I do not see much problem with waiting 14 days before resending a friendly reminder.
