today i received an email from adobe stock stating that one of my video is sold for $42but i had deleted this account last year ,the images and videos are still on the website.the problem is i cannot login as my account was deleted and after creating a new account with the same email my earnings are zero.help me with this

To delete a contributor account, there is a procedure that you need to follow. Deleting your Adobe ID is not enough. You need to write to contributor support to solve this issue. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

Do not spam the system, wait a week before reiterating your request. Stay very focussed on what you want to tell them, so that the solution finding is smooth. Support does not work on weekends! Watch your spam folder, the answer comes by e-mail.

There is something wrong with your account, and I suspect that it has to do with either the e-mail not being the same (https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/account-retrieval/m-p/14135987#M70392) or using a different e-mail. I have e-mail addresses that simply get forwarded to my main e-mail. So that could also be an option. Check the e-mail address that was used to send you the earning report. Not the mailbox, but the address.

If your account is connected to a Gmail account: Gmail does not distinguish between abc.defg@gmail.com and abcdefg@gmail.com.

 

Adobe makes that difference with an Adobe ID. You should check that possibility too. Examine the e-mail address where your mail has been sent too.

You need to have a little patience. Watch your spam folder, they answer by e-mail. Spamming the system unfortuneatly creates a higher workload to support. Contributor support is not answering on the instant. I do not see much problem with waiting 14 days before resending a friendly reminder.
