I want to express my disappointment with Adobe’s Stock Marketplace and how dealt with my situation (or better say didn’t deal) for months now. Before going into this, my name is Mirza and I’m a stock freelancer, uploading AE templates, motion graphics videos etc. from 2010.
In October/November 2022 I wanted to try Adobe Stock marketplace and I uploaded maybe few hundred of my best videos and sales were picking up. Around 25th November 2022 I got a message on my marketplace dashboard: “Account validation issue” and that I have to contact support, which I did immediately. After few days I got a reply:

Your account has been blocked because you are uploading content that appears to belong to either other artists or websites.
By accepting the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement, you have agreed to upload only content to which you own 100% of the copyrights of all image elements.
You have violated this agreement.
Which I replied that I have no idea what they’re talking about and to elaborate further..

Do you have another portfolio on any other website where you are currently offering the same content?
Could you please tell us where exactly are you selling these content, and what other Nicknames or Usernames are you using on these other sites?
I gave all the links to other non-exclusive profiles.
I explained that I do own other profiles on other popular stock websites, but of course, I sell everywhere as non exclusive. They needed a proof of that.

Also, could you please send us some more proofs or screenshots of your XXXX account >
I gave ALL possible screenshots that I could think of, account balance even on these accounts, everything.

Thank you for providing this information. Your case has been escalated for review, please allow some time and I will get back to you as soon as I get more details on this.
After few weeks, I’ve contacted this support person again to see what is going on, to just get this reply:
December 22nd
Your account is still under investigation, I am afraid we cannot provide any more details just yet. Please allow some time for this.
If anything changes, or if there are any updates on this, we will let you know. Until then,, the account will remain blocked.
After almost a month I contacted again and got this reply:
January 13th
I am afraid that we still don't have any news or updates in your case. Your account is still currently under review, and it will remain blocked for now.
If anything changes, we will let you know. We appreciate your patience.
Today is 26th February, and after couple more times, I get same reply. My account is blocked, my funds are blocked for no apparent reason, I gave all the proof that I own these accounts, and no one is answering anything. Highly unprofessional from Adobe. Can anyone here see what in the world is going on for months now?!

You should have posted this to the Stock Contributor forum, rather than the Stock forum. We here in the community are Adobe users, not Adobe employees, and we have no insight into your account. You will have to wait for Adobe to reply with their findings. From other such cases I've read about here in the community forums it seems that Adobe does eventually finalize their review and report the findings, however it can take quite some time.

You are posting plenty of answers from Adobe. I understand that they do not satisfy you, but again, they are answers. An answer does not mean necessary that you get unblocked. An answer means that you get an answer. And there seems to be still doubts about what you provided. We don't know. We can't know. And Adobe will not discuss this publicly.
As a side note: you're posting in the wrong forum, this is for stock clients, not stock contributors.
