If you are in violation, write to contributor-support and give a good reason as what happened and apologize.
If you are not in violation, write to contributor-support and tell tem you have no idea what it is about.
Then, in both cases, hope your account gets reactivated.
You got an answer from Adobe. Adobe has means to detect fraud and high volume sales that are fraudulent, and in your case, Adobe's checkguards catched unusual sales patterns. The made an investigation, and they believe that they need to block your account.
They are saying you "until further notice" which means, I think, that they are still investigating. I think, they would say so, if the blocking would be definitive.
If you have no idea where the unusal sales come from, I suggest that you

RALPH_L, thank you for your valuable advice.I have no idea why or who downloaded so many of my files I mailed them. It's been almost 10 days they are not responding to my mail.

As @Jill_C said, your account was blocked due to suspicious activity.
Work on other projects while you wait for the investigation to conclude. It could take several weeks. That's all you can do. Sorry.
