You need to contact Adobe, and then give them a chance to answer. If you contacted Adobe, wait at least for 15 days, before issuing a friendly reminder.

What did you submit? Generative AI art? Did you upload assets where you do not control fully the copyright? Did you spam the database with multiple similar objects? Did you copy the style of well-known artists that are still under copyright? Did you buy your own assets?

When you ask for a payout, there will be a check, and if there gets a problem detected, the account gets suspended.

As indicated above, if you have used the "contact us" link, you'll now have to wait patiently for a response from Adobe. Using that link creates a ticket in their support system, so they'll get back to you when the investigation into your account has been completed.
