However, I got an error massage today when I tried to log into my account. I search for solution in Adobe Support Community and saw some artist have faced the same issue. I still don’t understand which rule I broke and why this happen to my account.
I got good sales and income from the beginning to now and I request my First payout last week. After 8 or 9 days of request (Payout time is 7 to 10 Days) I suddenly got this error which leads me to have some kind of doubt about the error. I worked hard and spent hours to make the designs as well as bring the account at this level.
We are designers and artist who turn skills into earnings. I am not going to say that I feel disappoint on this. But if you do this to my account in order to get the verification, I am really happy to help you and send any proof documents to resolve the issue.
I think you will understand me and your early attention in this regard is highly appreciated.
