My contributor account popped up as locked today with the message, "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact Us." I immediately contacted Adobe as instructed, but I'm wondering how long Adobe generally takes to respond to these issues and what the outcome has been for anyone else who got this message. Adobe Stock is a main source of income for me, and I have about $300 waiting to transfered to Paypal in my account.
I'm not really sure what the issue is. I do create modified art from AI generated content for the most part, but my understanding is that Adobe accepts that as long as it is labeled as such. Any clarity on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Depending on the issue, resolution could take days, or it could take weeks, and there is some chance that your account will never be reopened. You have to be patient while awaiting their reply.

It's been reported that Adobe is a bit backlogged at the moment, I think even replies to these sorts of issues are taking a few days. Be patient, and don't send tooaby emails as that could be considered spam as well. Good luck.

My account has been closed too. I can't reach it and it wouldn't be on sale that much 10 12 a month

Is long ago was your account blocked? Sending repetitive emails further clogs the already overwhelming support system...

It was blocked yesterday on September 1st. And I have done nothing wrong. I emailed again and again. Inside, there is more than 4000 content that I have produced with both my money and 3 years of effort. My e-mails have not been returned. I will wait patiently. He has no choice.

You sent 10 emails in one day????? What the heck! You only needed to send one and then wait for a response. It might take days or it might take weeks for Adobe to complete their investigation and reply to you with a status update. But certainly if every person with a blocked account sent 10 emails in one day, the support team could not possibly keep up...

I emailed again and again.

That's what I would call “spamming”. You need to know, that on the other side, there is no one waiting for your e-mail to come in. All service requests get treated one by one. September first is a Friday (depending on the time of the day, Friday after office hours). You should allow several days for an agent to answer. They don't work on weekends and public holidays.
