HI ,
my account has been blocked for the fourth time because of breaking some submission rules .
the tree previous time i got some mails explaining me exactly what i did wrong
(even though i broke some rules that i couldn't guess about ,for exemple some topics that are not accepted for editorial , i also don't understand why editorial option is available since they told me to not upload editorial...)
but this time i have no response from the contributor support since several weeks.
Does it means that my account is permanently blocked ???
i had more than 2000€ of unpaid earnings on my account , is there at least a way to withdraw my earnings ?
Adobestock is my ONLY income source and for me it's a terrible situation .
i know it's my fault but it's not normal that i can't at least get my money which represent several month of work .
Since i am really interested into finding new niches with good selling potential , i was uploading a lot of various content which proportionally increased the chance of doing mistakes.
this situation puts me into a VERY difficult financial situation since i was earning 600€/month from adobestock .
i can fairly accept the blocking of my account , but the fact that they keep my money is DISGUSTING.
i read that many people had been permanently blocked without any response for months or withdraw of their money .
i need to know exactly what's going on , to be able to move on ,
but stealing so much money from the contributors is wrong
I really need to know if i can fix the problem , get my money
or at least if i can create another account ??
please i need an answer , i can't afford to wait forever
thank you very much
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
If your account gets unblocked after the investigation, you can access your royalties.
...The fact that your account has already been suspended and re-instated 3 times is not good, and this 4th suspension may be the final straw. If this is your only source of income, why did you leave 2,000 sitting in your account? something doesn't make sense here...

If your account gets unblocked after the investigation, you can access your royalties. If the investigation points to fraudulent action of your part and Adobe decides to keep your account locked, the money will not be paid out.
If you uploaded editorial assets that did not meet the requirements for this, Adobe may consider you being a spammer. When you get a warning, you should take that warning seriously. The rules for uploading Illustrative Editorials are clear, IMHO.
As your account has been blocked 3 times prior to this, I fear that this fourth time will be final.
