Adobe account including Contributer has been dissapeared

I tried to login my Adobe acount but said "there is no this email registered" after i register with the same mail  again, but everything in my contributer gallery was gone, actualy system consider me as a new account. Why this happened?

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign into your Adobe account first) :
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
