Adobe did not agree because it had technical issues. Where is it caused?
I just had a similar issue. I'm not sure either?
Smartphones tend not to do so well on Adobe Stock due to their small sensor. Same reasons as above.
Also, I think you have got some composition issues and white balance. The tablecloth should be white and it's not as white as it could be.

Also, the composition is not very good and there are some white balance issues. The tablecloth should be white, and it isn't that white. It has a slight magenta/blue cast.
Being a small compact camera, the sensor size is small, so when enlarged, the quality is not so good. It would not make a good large print. It is also a bit too green. A bit of magenta needs to be added, to take out the slight green cast.
