Adobe Moderation Rising to the Challenge

Contributor ,
Oct 11, 2023 Oct 11, 2023

The Adobe moderation team is really rising to the challenges presented by the inundation of submissions it is receiving. My submissions are starting to make their way much faster thru moderation. It is greatly appreciated and makes me very hopeful. Anyone else noticing this??

My photos are taking longer.

Moderation time for my photographs (that's the only asset type I submit) has grown to a new record time - nearly 4 weeks. For years, I've been enjoying a moderation time of overnight or 2-3 days maximum. This delay has changed my upload strategy. I used to upload 4-6 images and wait for them to be accepted, then upload 4-6 more, etc. Now I just keep adding 2-4 images every day, so that I'll have a few accepted almost every day.

If you get down to lets say 4 weeks and photographs get up to 4 weeks, Adobe is correct with their estimate.

Indeed, making us all wait equally seems to be the end-game....

I, too, have noticed a great improvement. My (real) photos are moderated within 15 days and my AI 2 or 3 weeks. I have to say that I don't download many of them at once, but regularly.

That starts to get acceptable. Up to 3 weeks is a delay, but you can work with that, if you upload seasonal assets.
