Adobe Rejected all of my Photos - Can you pls give me Feedback?

Adobe has rejected all of my photos. Since its my very first time that I upload stock photos i would appreciate if you can give me feedback what i can do better.

Lots of leaning verticals, which generally get nixed on Adobe Stock. Shadows could be opened up as well on some of these.
