Adobe sign error message

I keep getting an error message on adobe sign that says "The entry is to big". It just started doing this. any advice? It does this before i even attach the file.

Some possible remedies could be:

- Open a private window/browsing incognito.

- Clearing cache and cookies.
- Using a different browser.
- Trying a different computer.
- Trying a different network or using a VPN.
