Adobe Stockに投稿したAIファイルのプレビュー画像が変色してしまいます

Adobe StockにIllustratorで作成したアピアランス文字をaiファイルでアップロードしたところ、プレビュー画像が、色合いが本来の物と変わり、透明部分が灰色っぽい背景で表示されてしまいました。 プレビュー用にJPEGを入れたら良いかと思い、aiファイルとJPEGをzipファイルまとめてアップロードしたら、受け付けされずにエラーになりました。

プレビュー用のJPEGを別にアップロードししましたが、「類似コンテンツ」と出て受理されませんでした。

アピアランスを使ったベクター素材のプレビューを、意図通りに綺麗に表示させる方法をご存知の方、いらっしゃいましたら教えてください。どのようにベクターファイルとJPEGファイルをアップロードしてるか教えていただきたいです。

Stock automatically generates the preview image for you when you upload Illustrator files. Don't worry about providing one.

You do not upload JPEG previews in a zip file anymore. Adobe generates the previews, and when the file is in the correct setting, the previews are OK. If there is no background, the assets are offered as vector, JPEG and PNG with transparent background.

If your assets are discoloured, you need to change your Illustrator file from CMYK to RGB.
