We are not Adobe support per se. We are contributors like yourself and can not be of much help with regard to your validation problem. If you were informed of a validation issues\, you should have been provided with a "Contact" link to ask for details as to why your account has been deactivated. . Click that link to create a ticket. Do not send emails. It may take some time for Adobe to get back to you so be patient.

Your account has likely been suspended for potentially violating the Contributor Terms of Use. At this point you should contact Adobe Contributor Support using the link they provided when you attempted to log in. The reply could take a few days, or it could take a few weeks. Make sure to watch spam and other folders, my Adobe emails get filtered to the Promotions tab of my email service.

There may be an investigation that could last several weeks. One user reported the investigation lasted 4 w

I'm sorry, but your statement makes no sense to me.

Validation problem? Did you enter invalid credentials? This generaly would not lead to an account suspension.

What does your screen show? If you are told to respond via a "contact us" link, then you should do so.

You are not contacting Adobe employees here in this forum. We are, at least most of us, contributors like yourself.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

The members of the forum aren't employees and we aren't able to help you other than advising you to contact Adobe with the link that's been provided when you log in. Adobe will only communicate with you about this via email. Good luck!

When my account was deactivated without any reason, then I mailed Adobe to know how all this happened, then Adobe says that wrong sales have happened in your account, if any fraud has made the sale then that money is not deducted by Adobe. It did the opposite and allowed the money to be deposited into the account and Adobe could take all the money for itself, Adobe Stock Contributor is the worst mistake of my life

If Adobe detects fraudulent sales activity in a Contributor account, they deduct those sales before payout to the Contributor. Fraudulent sales means that Adobe was never paid for the licensed assets, therefore they have the right to also withhold payment to the Contributor. If they determine that the Contributor was involved in the fraudulent sales activity, they can also choose to permanently block the account. Read the Contributor Agreement which you signed.

There is always a reason!

If sales have been optained by fraud, that may not be detected immediatly. you coul, by example, create dummy accounts, taking the free 10 assets test subscription and boosting your sales with that. That would be a fraudulent activity that cannot be detected immediately.

If fraudulent activity is detected, then your account gets suspended and the sales get investigated. If there is indication that you are involved, the account gets blocked definitely. If you are not involved, the fraudulent sales get deducted and the account gets liberated.

If this bothers you, you need to close your account.

Ever since I joined Adobe, I had no trouble getting started, but as soon as I started uploading my latest illustrations, my account started getting high sales. I thought someone might have bought it, but as soon as I requested a payout, four Nothing happened till the day 5, at this time Adobe could have deducted fraudulent sales if it wanted, but Adobe did not do so, when such fraudulent sales happen then Adobe's security should be upgraded. Because this does not happen in other stock agencies, if there are fraudulent sales then the money is deducted in 1 day, because due to the security of Adobe, many contributors have lost money.

We do not know Adobe's internal procedures for detecting fraudulent sales, and of course they don't want that knowledge to be public because it could create an opportunity for some bad actors to thwart the system. Payouts require up to 10 working days, so there's no reason why you should have expected any response from Adobe by day 5. Adobe also regularly decides to audit accounts for irregular sales activity at the time of a payout request, but if they decide to do that you will be advised that your account is deactivated. It remains deactivated while the review is underway. If no issues are found, the account will be activated, and the payment will be processed.

Some points we know: Adobe has access to user ids, knows IP addresses and has access to the credit cards. I would guess that there are some more indicators.

If I were one of those many, I would leave Adobe stock. If you do not have the same problems with other stock providers, It may be that they have lower payouts.

Yes. You have to watch your mails. But if that is really such a big problem on Adobe stock, why not closing the account for good.

Suspiciuous Sales or Refund activity are reasons to block the account from further transactions & conduct a thorough investigation.  If this was your bank account, you would expect the same thing.
