2 days ago I saw that my contributor account's payment had been done by Adobe Stock, but the payment had not been reflected on my PayPal account, and it's still not. it's been 3 days now. I have mail to Adobe stock support but they don't reply fast. even though I had put the correct email on the payout time. can they send the payment to another wrong user from them? and will it get back the money if it goes into another account?

Payment done means that the money left Adobe's accounts and is now in the hands of PayPal. You need to check with PayPal for this. Some regions need a special account with PayPal. If PayPal does not accept the money, it will go back to your account at Adobe. That may take up to 30 days.

Adobe states very clearly that payouts can take up to 10 business days. That's Monday through Friday, and also federal holidays. And the first day you requested a plaout probably doesn't even count.

The payment can't go to a wrong PayPal account unless you entered your email address incorrectly. Sibce you have to enter it twice that seems unlikely. If the PayPal account is invalid, PayPal will refund the amount to Adobe and it will reappear on your Adobe account.

Use the Contact Us link on your account to communicate with Adobe; there is a category for payment issues.

No need to contact Adobe, contact PayPal. Adobe did send the money. Only when PayPal tells you that the issue is not with them, use the link as indicated here: Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

Depending on your region and bank, it could take 10-15 banking days to see funds deposited to your bank account.
If you have concerns, contact your bank.
