Adobe stock contributors - Can't verify ID

Hii! I was uploating my first vectors and when I enter in "Uploaded files" in Adobe Stock there is a message at the top saying "Your ID card got rejected. Please submit another one before continuing".So when I click on it nothing happens. I have tried with different browsers and with my mobile phone and there is no way I can upload my ID. 

I hope you could help me, thank you for reading!

Well, that is all we can instruct you to do.

Just as a side note:

On your ID there needs to be a photo and your name needs to correspond to your indications in your account! And for sure, your birthdate needs also to be correct. The ID won't be stored, so no trouble with that.

 

You should contact contributor support for more instructions on how to proceed. Need help? (stock contributor support)
