Adobe Stock does not recognize me as a Contributor when importing my first file

Hi,

When I want to export my file by Premiere Pro, A Stock asks me to log into my contributor account.

But my account is already open.

I log back in, but then, A Stock tells me I don’t have a contributing account.

This is the first time I try to export a file in A Stock.

What's the problem ?

Thank you for your answers.

Cordialement

It appears that uploading via Premiere Pro is not supported. Here is the Help page for how to upload your files:

Best is always to tell us, when you have a problem, your OS and version (as exact as possible, "the latest" is not an exact version number) and your software and version (same rules).

It is also useful, to add screenshots.

Exporting directly from Premiere Pro to Adobe stock has been defected now for a while, as Adobe switched to a more secure transfer. You should export your file to the disk and transfer using an FTP tool like Filezilla.

Yes, there is a function in Premiere to export files to Adobe Stock. ( see the screenshot )

I contacted the French support then the English support, they did not tell me that this export function did not exist with Premiere.
But they could not find the solution to the problem.

I must contact an other support.

Finally I exported this first file with FileZilla without problem.

But I want to know if I can export directly from Premirer or not.

Wait and see.

Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 on MacPro 5.1, RAM 96Go, Radeon RX 590 8 Go, Premiere Pro 15.4.5.

Is it possible that you are using 2 different email accounts for Premiere and Adobe Stock?

No, it's the same.

For now I will continue with FileZilla.
And then I will contact the contributor-support.

Thanks for the additional information. I will need to check this on my PC. What is your version of Premiere Pro?

Thank's Alambo and Jill_C.

Ok, I finally have my answer: Adobe has deconnected indefinitely this function.

MatHayward Employé Adobe , Aug 03, 2021

Exporting directly to Stock from Premiere Pro has been disabled indefinitely. This was a result of the transition from FTP to sFTP. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Kind regards,

Mat Hayward ''

So, hello FileZila . . .
