About my account on Adobe stock.
On March 6th, I created an order to withdraw money to paypal. Today is March 18th. No money on paypal. Where they went is unknown.
Chat support does not respond, they refer to the employment of specialists. Looks like a scam!
They don't answer emails either!
People, anyone faced this problem?
What is the status of the payment on your Adobe stock portfolio? If it says "payment done" you should have received a notice from PayPal that funds have been received. If it doesn't say "payment done" Adobe has not transferred the funds yet. They require 7-10 business days to release the funds, and you're just now at 10 days.

Yes, i have "payment done" in adobe history. But in paypal nothing!!! [expletive deleted]?? Where money? Stuck on the internet? 😄 its [expletive deleted] cupport or [expletive deleted] busy or not answer on mails.
And not 10 days now... 12 days!

Chat is customer support. It does not handle suppliers. There is a small time frame, where Adobe says it has sent the money and where PayPal credits your account.
