"My account was blocked, so I sent a complaint message to the Adobe Care team. Today, they sent me a link to open which redirected me to a website. After that, they asked me for my account ID, which I provided. Then, they asked for my Corporate Account Password, but when I entered my Adobe account password, I received an error message saying that I am unable to sign in." please tell me how to solve this issue

If you're a Stock Contributor, it doesn't mean that you have a corporate account. You contacted Adobe Customer Care, who don't have the ability or knowledge to help with suspended Adobe Stock accounts. If your Stock account has been blocked, you must use the "contact us" link on your account page and wait for a reply. It could take days or it could take weeks for the Adobe Stock Contributor Team to complete their investigation of your account and provide a status update. Meanwhile, do not badger them with frequent requests, as that will only further burden their support system.

Adobe customer care is not the correct place to dispute a blocked stock account. For this, you have Adobe contributor support.
