Hi Adobe, 
 
Why do you charge 161,96 € to cancel my subscription? after 2 month... I even didn't use your software 
 
It was never clearly mentioned it when I subscribed.
 
They are abusively charging the people.
 
I will complain to journalists if you do not pay me back.
I even didn't use your damn software.
 
Toxic company, I will flag you in all online blogging !
 
Expecting prompt reply & excuses.

It was in the contract you accepted. If you don’t bother to read contracts this will happen. From TV to mobile phones, such charges are normal with subscriptions. Notice too there is a monthly co tract that costs more; that’s the one without a penalty.

That's how subscriptions work. You pay, even if you do not use the service. Your phone subscription works like that, you gym subscription works like that and I have a subscription to different news paers and when I do not read the papers I still have to pay...
