So, as I am reading and understanding, when submitting AI work we need to post a property release that we sign with ourselves, right, and then to ''make clear in the property release, that the artwork was not modeled after a living person.'' as Abambo said in on post earlier.
How do we know that the image is not modeled after a real person?

I believe if you didn't include the name of a real person in your prompt when you created the asset, you can sign the property release with a clear conscience.
