When I manipulate an ai image to create a new image, do I have to tick the check box that it is an ai image?
when i upload "Final Image using Photoshop-1" 2, 3, 4, then Do I need to tick the (Created using generative AI tools) check box or not?
If an image has been created by AI you need to tick the AI button. There is one exception to this, however: if the AI part is minor, like taking out a disturbing element. To be completly OK, however, I suggest you use content aware fill for that.
Yes, of course; if any part of the image was created using Generative AI tools, regardless of how many further editing steps you applied to it, it is still an AI image and must be declared as such.

I am a textile designer and I always use photoshop to enhance the images, you are right I should have ticked the ai box whether I did any editing on it or not.

And btw: I didn't even look into your example files. If, however a next time, you publish such files, include them with your text (by using the "image" icon here.
That avoids that the reader needs to open file by file. Attached files are best, when you want us to check refusals.

Thanks, but it was meant for the next time you publish something. But it is indeed faster to check now.

If the AI content is minor, you may omit the flag. I would add it anyhow.
