In the first image the hands are malformed, and the green vegetable he's touching has a very odd texture.
In the second image, the yellow peppers are malformed and the front 2 seem to have grown into each other. They don't have that many lobes either.

Hi @Chithrangani30968552cekm ,
You need to zoom in on your files to examine them for flaws. There are issues with the fingers and right hand.
What's this?
Best wishes

In the bedroom image the desk legs aren't correct. The window frames are drawn incorrectly also.

Quality issues! Your assets get refused for quality issues. Seen at 100%, I can confirm the assets are not sharp and contain artefacts:
May be you shouldn't upscale that much. Resolution is not a quality property.
As for anatomy and geometry, you need to put extensive care into having something that makes sense:
The hands here are baked together, and they are anatomically impossible, besides the artefacts and focus issues.

As for your second batch: They have the same issue as the first one.
Besides the focus problem (or sharpness), you also have geometry issues:
The assets are full of artefacts:
And are terribly rendered:
I'm not sure, how these reflections should work:
apart from the proportions:
And the illogical rendering:
Please note that all my screenshots are taken at 100% (one pixel on screen=one pixel in the image). All of them should be very crisp, but they look like if I had enlarged the image around 5 times.
