Any tips? I dont know why this got rejected

I'm a little confused to as why this got rejected but i'd love to learn more
the reason was : technical issues

I'm sorry, but this type of photo will never make it. It is overexposed and poorly cropped.

There are signs of camera shake and where the sun is, is the photo completely burned out.

Spend some time reviewing ALL of the helpful info shown on the Contributor Support page so that you can start to comprehend the quality level and subjects that Adobe Stock is looking for. You can also search for images in the database to help you visualize what a good quality photo looks like.

Pointing your camera lens directly at the sun is a good way to ruin your camera's light sensor and your eyes.  I don't recommend it. 

Have you taken any photography classes yet?  I think that's where you should start.  There's a lot to learn about focus, depth-of-field, composition, color saturation, light exposure and post-process editing in Photoshop or Lightroom.
