anyone know why this photo is rejected

i have been selling on adobe stock but rejection rate have increased in a recent while
can you please help me in why this image is rejected while its accepted on other platforms

Depth of Field is too shallow and it should be cropped better.

It's not well composed. The child should have been entirely in the frame.

1. Quality/technical issues -- poor focus and framing.

2. Model Release signed by the parent or guardian.
