Appeal for Reactivation of My Adobe Stock Contributor Account

I created all my files myself, I didn't violate any copyright or their rules as far as I know, but suddenly after seven-eight months my account was deactivated, I messaged them repeatedly, I'm not getting any replays, please someone help
