When I click on the linkn these file numbers in the Dashboard, the message came out Page Not Found (Sorry, that page doesn't exist. Try your search again) appear.  Sime examples of missing files include file numbers 1839002906, 292267534 and 309100227). I'm from Malaysia. I have tried to change my country region to US or Canada the same is still happning. Thank you. What you see in your portfolio is what is open for sale in your region. For some reason, in some regions, Adobe restricts access to assets, as long as they did not pass a second vetting. That happens to all assets, not only yours. When they did pass this second vetting, they will be open for sales in all those restricted regions. But all assets are open for sale in other regions and may generate sales. It's a feature, not a bug. You just see it, as you are looking at your public profile from your region. And all assets that you see in your region are open for sale in that region.

Viewing your entire portfolio reveals that you have duplicate assets - the green glass images. You should delete the duplicates as that can get you in trouble with Adobe Stock. You need to develop a system of managing your submitted assets so that you don't accidentally submit duplicates.

The glas and the pencil images are basically the same, but simply differently cropped. That is a strong refusal reason, and when that happens often, it may lead to blocking the account.

You're likely in a restricted region where content is censored.

Change the country code in your browser's address bar to Canada (ca), United Kingdom (uk) or Australia (au).
