If adobe does not accept artificial intelligence drawings as vector, then why are all the works of this author accepted?

How do you know these are created with AI?

Because tracing is used in most works and it is unrealistic to physically draw on one topic in such volumes and with such quality. Just look at the vector file and make sure of my words.

Are you sure it isn't a group of people? The name of the account doesn't necessarily point to one person from my prospective.
This could also be a new contributor with a large portfolio. That would explain a large number of uploads of a difficult subject in a short time.
I'm not saying you are wrong, only that I think there are other explanations for your conclusion.
I haven't inspected these in Illustrator, but from a quick glance at the portfolio I just don't see the AI aspect. Many of these are in a similar artistic style as well, something I wouldn't expect from AI.

Yes, I'm sure. The same way this author works with AI:

Artificial intelligence can draw in the same style and color, it is enough to specify the "seed" (number of AI image) of the image

Some of the work is marked as Generative AI, but I think that is because of the automatic AI recognition that does not work well for all assets. It may also be, that select contributors are invited to contribute AI vector art.
I suppose this can only be answered by @MatHayward .
