Awkward account de-activation and after case process

New Here ,
Feb 28, 2025 Feb 28, 2025

My account de-activeted for contributor legal rule violation about 3 months ago. But there is something interesting point.

First, Adobe review team accept my content that causing de-activation. Then, 2 hours later they de-activated my account for that content. I confused about this situation, immediately contact with support team. They contact with me and they sent me a case survey about de-activation problem. I filled that survey and sent them back. They said "they will contact me later, don't spam tickets Otherwise solving the problem may be delayed."

Then i wait until Feb it is meaning i waited for 2 month. i didn't get any response about my case. I got impatient and sent a ticket to them. They say send me that same message at above. I said okay but they didn't contact me about my case in no way. 2 weeks ago i sent them another ticket about my case and unanswered ticket. But this didn't even catch their attention. Again I was left unanswered and received no response.

Has anyone else experienced this situation? Do you have any advice?

Having assets accepted does not mean that they are OK. Sorry for that. Accounts get deactivated for flagrant violations of the terms & conditions. So there was not a small logo on one of your assets. That would have caused the asset to get removed.

We have heard frequently here in this forum that account reviews can take a long time. Unfortunately, there's no advice we can give you to move this process along.

You need to wait for your case to evolve. Some contributors reported that they got reactivated after 6 months of waiting. It apparently takes a lot of time to get your account reevaluated, probably involving a team of lawyers, senior administrators and most likely other advisors. And I assume that they are very occupied with numerous troubled accounts.

There is nothing that you can do to accelerate this.

It's not problem to get that assets removed. I just want my whole other assets and my income 🙂

What should we do, we will wait...

Yes, you will need to wait. And when they decide to close your account definitely for not following the rules, chances are, that they won't pay the royalty earned up to that point. It's in the terms & conditions.

This is called "not taking responsibility". You agreed to the terms when signing up. It is not the reviewers responsibility to ensure that you adhere to the guidelines. Only to review your submitted assets for quality. You will just have to wait and hope that your account gets reactivated. However, I feel that after three months that will not happen. Adobe is not required to respond.
