Ayuda con respecto a una fotografía rechazada

Hace poco intenté subir una imagen y esta fue rechazada por problemas técnicos, sin embargo desconozco a qué se refieren exactamente con eso (aunque ya leí el artículo acerca de por qué no aceptan ciertos fotografías). El ID de archivo es: 403548369. Muchas  gracias de antemano.
