The picture needs some colour correction, it's too blue. The white plate and the white of the table cloth needs to be white. You could apply some noise reduction, but noise is probably not exessive here.

The inmage composition is bad, the dark patch in one corner should not be there, the plates are too near to the table border and this under-hands could also go. There is a soft shadow from something in the picture that disturbs.
