I've open a ticked regarding faulty rejection reasons on the part of Adobe team.
The PNG's I have submitted are 100% my own creation and I've also attached screenshots of the proof. These pictures respect TOTALLY all the conditions required, from content to technical. The pictures were rejected because of not labeled as AI.

The answer that I've got from Adobe's employee is in lesser words:
"There is a reason mistake but... we don't care, we don't have time for you, go read more of our garbage that we don't uphold."

And here is the answer that I've got from Adobe employee so that no one considers that I've missinterpret Adobe customer (don't) care services:

"Thank you for your feedback. I clearly understand what you have written. You submitted content that was not created with generative AI software. The moderation team provided you with a rejection reason indicating you needed the generative AI tag. It's possible the moderator that reviewed the content made a mistake and selected the wrong rejection reason. I looked at the content and believe the rejection was justified, though as noted, the reason they indicated was likely a mistake. Regardless, we do not provide an appeals process on refused content.

I wish you better success with your future submissions.

Kind regards,"

I'm strongly looking for other platforms since Adobe has too many contributors to even care. And even Creative Cloud alternative hence I'm already paying for 2 full accounts for my business, to be treated like [expletive removed by moderator].

P.S. No adequate topic option to choose from except General.

That's frustrating to be sure, and it's been happening to a number of contributors over the past couple of weeks. You didn't add the screenshots as noted, so perhaps my suggestion will be incorrect. To add that for 2-3 months, I can't see my assets, the stuff that I've saved or purchased in My Library, and Adobe enployees have proven the same as incompetence or lack of care again.

I thank you greatly for your time and answer daniellei4510.
The reason for not posting a screenshot is that the drawings are Pin-Up art, (just to be clear: no nudity or vulgarity in them etc...)

Still, as in other companies cases, Adobe will take a look at its own workers only after their subscriptions will drop significantly, wich will be also too late to do anything. I'll keep an eye out for the next "Adobe" in the meanwhile.

We're grown ups. You can post 1 or 2. We'll be happy to take a look to see what might really be going on behind the refusals.

1. You have posted this to the Stock Forum rather than the Stock Contributors forum.

2. If you are a Contributor, you are not a customer, you are a supplier.

3. Were your PNG's transparencies? If not, and they're just non-transparent images, they should hve been posted as jpg's.

4. What the Adobe rep is saying above is most likely that your assets were rejected for quality reasons. It is possible to re-edit and resubmit your images to repair the issues. That is your only option. Otherwise, there is no avenue for you to dispute the findings of the Moderator. I think that 35-40% of all submissions are rejected, so imagine the bottleneck if all Contributors were allowed to argue with the Moderators about their decisions. They are human beings, therefore there is some variability in their decisions; however, they are right far more often that they are wrong.

I'm sorry, but you have clearly no clue of the issue, and besides that, you're making a strawman argument.

Thanks for your opinion anyway.

As the agent said, your asset merits a refusal. As that is all we have, we can assume that this is true.

That happens when you post into the wrong forum.

You are welcome to change the stock company. You can even submit here and there, as Adobe does not claim exclusive content in Adobe stock. But I think that your critique of the Adobe Contributor support is unjustified. The answer from contributor support is to the point friendly and correct.

Without seeing your assets, we can't judge them. One and only one asset posted here would help to clear your mind.

BTW: it's contributor support and not customer support. As a contributor, you are a supplier. Adobe makes the rules what of your assets they accept. That may be frustrating, but that is as it is.

As a side note: watch your language. Your post is borderline to get locked and reported.
