Blocked account and withdrawal that disappeared

Hi,
My account was blocked without warning overnight. I had over 2000 files there. I don't understand why I didn't get a notification earlier that one of my files may violate the regulations. With this information, I could rectify this violation. Creating an account with so many works and describing them is a lot of work that has been destroyed. I have already written 3 e-mails to the address indicated in the e-mail message that informed about blocking the account. I didn't even get a word back for 3 weeks. My money that I withdrawn 5 days before the blockade did not reach my account. I feel a bit robbed of time and money, and no one is responding to my inquiries. What else can I do to get more information about my money and why my account was blocked?

Investigations may take a while, the AI goldrush has made everything slower. You have already done what you can do. Adobe have the absolute right (by the contract you agreed) to close down your account with or without cause. You should check your spam folders of course.

If you do not see an e-mail from Adobe in your inbox check your spam folder. Otherwise, wait for a reply. In the mean time, please refresh your memory about the content of the Contributor Agreement.
