Hi, is it possible to buy photo or vector on Adobe Stock using my earnings as a contributor? It used to work on Fotolia, where it was easy to buy images with credits I earned.

No, it is not possible to use "credits" earned to buy stock photos. You need to buy credits and/or take a stock subscription.
