The first photo I like unfortunately, it has noise in the background and the reflected light may have been mistaken for chromatic aberation or a halo.
The second photo, I am sorry to say, is just poor quality and the composition is bad. The animal is to far away. There are to many disrupting items. It is black and white.

No. But it should be avoided. The buyer can make the photo monochrome.

and I fear that the flower is out of focus. Not by much, but it's enough to get a refusal. You could also add some contrast.

Besides the B/W conversion and the missing detail, the deer is too dark and different element in the picture are disturbing.
