Can I Sell My Illustrations on Both Adobe Stock and Etsy?

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to upload some of my illustrations to Adobe Stock and was curious if I can also continue selling them on Etsy. Does anyone know if Adobe Stock’s policies allow for listing the same illustrations on multiple platforms? I want to make sure I’m following the rules while reaching as wide an audience as possible.

Adobe allows assets to be made available on other platforms and stock sites. They have exclusivity over the content you create.

As indicated in the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement which you must sign before opening an account, Adobe does not claim exclusivity on your assets.

Yes, you can sell your assets on any platform you want. Adobe does not claim exclusive distribution rights to your assets. However, other platforms may do exactly that. Adobe stock is not troubling you in that sense.

Etsy and Stock appeal to different types of buyers and they have different business models.

Stock customers are expecting highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects. Also you don't get to set your own prices. Stock prices vary by the type of license the customer purchases and what type of plan of they have.  You have no say in the matter.
