can i sell same image for adobe stock & other stocks in the same time ?
is that legal ?

It's OK by us. We do not require exclusivity.

how about images offered exclusively on Fotolia - at which time do they loose exclusivity considering the merge of both platforms, Fotolia and Adobe Stock?
