Adobe do not take exclusive rights - you should be sure the read the contract in full though.

Anything you upload to Adobe is non-exclusive, however we cannot advise whether any of the other sites you're considering using also offer non-exclusivity.

What exactly are you looking for?  Please be specific.

You can but you risk diluting assets when you list the same ones on multiple stock sites.   It's usually best to list only the ones on Stock that will have greatest appeal to Stock customers.
