can I upload my old photos from my blocked account to new

Hello, because my account was banned a long time ago and I never got a response from Adobe why. Now I have the following question, If I create a new account can I upload my old photos from my blocked account to it or are they still kept in my blocked account, and will the new one also be blocked?

If your old account is blocked, you have no access to it.

You cannot even download your photos from an active acount without paying for them. This might also get your active account blocked.

If you have copies of all your photos. You can reload them. It may however, raise an ownership question.

If you upload the same questionable content again on a new account you run the risk of being banned again.

Well, as your old account is blocked, your assets uploaded to that account are blocked also. So they are no more available, and you can upload them to your new account. You need, however, to be careful if one of your assets caused the trouble. Adobe does not tell you exactly what asset was troublesome.

Ok, do you know if Adobe immediately bans your account when there is an image they don't want or they somehow copy another image or do they take time to find it and then ban the account? If they immediately ban the account with problematic images, I just won't upload the latest images

The non compliant images could be recent or they could be older images. You really need to review all of the Adobe Stock guidelines carefully and understand which of your images do not comply before you start re-uploading.

Adobe blocks your account when they detect infringing assets. You will need to know which assets were infringing the rules. The infringing asset could be an old one or a newer one. You could get banned for spamming or for stealing assets. You can also get banned for many faulty assets.

Adobe tells you why your account got banned, but either you did not request that information or you did not correctly read that information, or it landed in your spam folder. Adobe does not tell you the exact asset that got you banned. And there may be more than one…

I wouldn't game the system.
