in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

The main problem is a mingling of funds and possible tax ramifications. Also, once you attach a PayPal account to your Adobe Stock account, you'll need the help of the Stock Contributor team to detach your sister's account and attach your PayPal once you get one established.

Are you over 18 years of age? If not, you can't be a Stock Contributor.

Best advice. Hold off on requesting Royalty Payments until you establish your own bank account in your name.
Mixing assets is messy. What's to prevent your sister from misusing your funds— accidentally or intentionally?
Who will be responsible for paying taxes?

There is no issue from the Adobe perspective. There may be an issue on the Payoneer side or from the taxing side.
