Can not submit video for review

 Hello
I have issue while uploading video.
upload via ftp goes sucessful, editing (keywords, category, model release) goes succesfuly, as well as "save" (changes).
 However when i hit green button at top right nothing happens. Files are in "ready for submit" state, with green checkmark (signalising that everything is o.k.) - but it won't go. "submit files" button acts like it's dead.
 tryed with windows 10, and win 7.

Yep, tried chrome (usually i'm using firefox), and it solved problem
