Can't I get my money back?

I withdrew $91.11 USD on Thursday, June 11, 2020 but today it is Payment Error. I had a slight mistake. Before withdrawing, I contacted Payoneer and activated the Adobe Canada Funding source. Unfortunately it was not active so my payment has failed. Now I have activated my Adobe Canada Funding Source by talking to Payoneer Support and I think everything is fine now. Please process my payment again. Or tell me I will not get my money back?
