can't log in to my Fotolia nor Adobe stock account

I've had a Fotolia account for a couple of years.  I recently started uploading more footage to Adobe Stock through Premier Pro and the media encoder, however today after I uploaded a few shots I tried to open my Adobe Stock account and it bounced me to my Fotolia Account telling me I had to combine the accounts.  However the Fotolia account doesn't recognize my user name or password, so I can't open it and when I try to go to the Adobe stock account it just bounces me to the Fotolia login.

I'm sure, or at least hope there's a way to solve this, however it escapes me.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thx,,,Jim

Your Fotolia account has been synced with Adobe Stock. If you are still having connectivity issues I would advise you to sign out of all Adobe products including Premier, then sign back in and make sure you are using the Adobe ID that was used to create your contributor account. If your Creative Cloud account is using a different Adobe ID you won't be able to upload directly through the apps. I don't know if that's the case with you specifically, I only mention it as that is a fairly common prob

I don't know if that's the case with you specifically, I only mention it as that is a fairly common problem that can cause confusion when uploading through an Adobe app.

If that doesn't fix it, please contact contributor support directly through the contact us page at the bottom of the portal so we can provide more specific assistance.

Kind regards,

Mat Hayward
