I'm set new device. and try to access my adobestock contributor.
But It's show fotolia sync.

I rember I'm already sync fotolia already before use adobestock in mamy year ago.
and I try to login fotolia that step. It's show "The selected account is already in use."
so, I can't do anything in my adobestock contributor.
I have 2 account e-mail (primary/secondary contributor and not contributor ). I think it wrong sync fotolia.
I try chat to agent. but not respond a time.

Chat is Adobe Customer support. As a contributor, you need to contact Contributor support. Contributor support responds via e-mail. So, it's not instant support and you need to watch your spam.

Fotolia has been shutdown some time ago. The only way to synch your Fotolia account with Adobe stock is via Contributor support as indicated by @Nancy OShea .
