Can't open my tax form

I can't fill up my tax form because I constantly get an error trying to open it. I already tried doing it on mozilla and chrome to no avail. How can I fix it?

Did you open the Tax form in the latest version of Acrobat?

Did you try with a different browser or web device?

I'm using Mozilla Firefox on my pc. I also tried opening it with Chrome but the problem persisted 😕

Whats the solution for this problem? I have the same issue - not able to open my tax form. Already tried different browser (chrome, mozilla, safari, edge) and also cleared cookies/browser history. No answer from Adobe tax support as well.

Contact contributor support. After a ticket has been created, they will give you information on contacting the tax department which is responsible for coordinating issuess on pages dealing with tax.
